At Swasolé, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following terms:
✅ Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.
The product must be:
Unused and unworn
In original condition with all tags, protective coverings, and packaging intact
Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
Earrings and any other pierced jewellery
Items purchased on sale, offer, or clearance
🔁 Exchanges:
We offer free size exchanges and replacements in case of:
Incorrect size received
Manufacturing defect
Wrong product shipped
📸 Before Dispatch: For transparency, we take a photograph of the product during packing, and include a printed copy of it in the shipment for your reference.
💰 Refunds:
Refunds will be issued only if the return is approved after product inspection.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
❌ Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:
Product shows signs of use, wear, damage, or tampering
Product is returned without proper packaging or tags
Product is damaged due to mishandling, water, perfume, or chemical exposure
